What is included in my selling fees?
Everything is included. The cost of an EPC (if you need one) will be credited to you upon completion. We will conduct the viewings including ‘out of hours’ if required at no extra cost to suit both the prospective buyers and yourselves.
What is included in my lettings fees?
We offer a comprehensive service including professional advice and support from one of our friendly team who will visit your property and do everything to get your property live to the market.
What happens if I do not sell my property?
Should your property be on the market longer than expected, we will help you review your options and conduct a full marketing review of your property every Month. We look at everything such as all of your previous viewings and feedback, ways to boost your viewings and we will re-evaluate the local market including details of what is selling in the area.
What happens if I do not let my property?

Would I get more money for my property with a high street Estate Agent?
Hopefully Not. We work for you and will strive to get you the best price possible.
My property is already on the market. Can I use ASK Estate Agents?
Yes, you can still use ASK Estate Agents. You can choose to instruct us straight away and set the date for your marketing to start as the day your current agreement comes to an end. You could also instruct us as an additional agent, subject to the terms of your existing agency agreement.
Do you ever release my personal contact details or information?
Simply- No. We will not share any of your personal details without your prior consent and any personal paperwork will be either shredded and disposed of or returned to you (we reserve the right to hold electronic copies of ‘non sensitive’ personal information on file for our use only).
How do I pay for my management charge?
If you use our Management service (8% of rental income) our Management fee will be deducted from the rent received from your tenant before it is transferred to you.
Say I have a maintenance issue and require an external trade, how much will you add to the bill?
